If you have been given a Group Code, or Organiser Code you can apply it to your account by following these steps:

Step 1: Click on Edit Profile (under your Nickname in the top right of the screen)

Step 2: Enter the code in the space provided and click ADD

Step 3: Don't forget to press Save
